Does anyone know how to reset the oil change sensor on a Ford Explorer?

I took my truck to get the oil changed and the shop that changes the oil always resets the sensor. The shop didn't reset it this time, so my truck keeps giving me the message to change the oil. Does anyone know how I would reset this?|||Yes, look in your manual for instructions or take it back.|||Look it up in the owners manual inside the glove box.|||disconnect your battery then reconnect.
